TIE COOKIES WITH CHOCOLATE
PER SERVING: 10 People
INGREDIENTS:
2 water glass of flour
1/2 water glass of powdered sugar
2-3 table spoon of butter
1 egg
1/4 water glass of cacao
For top: 100 gr. chocolate
1 table spoon of butter
2 table spoon of powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Mix sugar and butter. Add egg and mix it well. Add flour and cacao and mold it. Rest the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. Take small part from dough and give the shape of tie with your hands. Put wax paper in the oven tray and place the cookies on it. Cook the cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 190’C. On the other hand melt chocolate and butter with the method of double boiler. Dip half of the cookies in this mixture and sift powdered sugar on the other part of cookies. Bon Appetit!
