There are many bioactive materials which have antidepression effect in many vegetables like broccoli, potatoes, eggplant, white cabbage, celeriac, parsley, etc. The mixture of these vegetables is very important because single effect of these vegetables are not effective. In this mixture spinach forms the main vegetable.

Spinach contains many materials which are effective for anti depression but the intake by our body is not enough. For absorption of anti-deppression materials in spinach second vegetable is needed. Most important vegetables in this respect is parsley and cress. Spinach-parsley and spinach-cress cures are very important for depression patient. This cures does not show side effects of medicals. Here is the cure of the day:

In the morning: The cure of spinach-parsley is applied

In the evening:  The cure of spinach-cress is applied

Put 5-6 leaves of spinach and 10-12 pieces of parsley in half liter of boiling water. Boil them at low heat for 3 minutes. Drink it after it cools. Prepare it daily. Drink this cure in the mornings and in the evening prepare the same cure with cress. Put 5-6 leaves of spinach and 9-10 pieces of cress at low heat for 3 minutes. Prepare it daily aand apply this cures during a week. In the first week drink this cure twice a day as spinach-parsley and spinach-cress. In the second week apply the cure every other week. In the third week apply the cure third day. In the following weeks apply the cures once a week  for two months. You can  renew the cures in every six months if you desire. Both cures are drunk  half an hour before the meals or  an hour after  the meal.

The material of spinacetin is the key material of spinach. Materials of spinacetin and calsequestrin make effect of anti-depression. In the winter spinach contains high amount of nitrat. If you want to eliminate 70% of  nitrat, boil the spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and flash-freeze with cold water. So  in this way you can repress nitrats from spinach. Do not forget during boiling,  some useful materials are past to boiling water.

Antioxidants fight against free radicals which causes damages in body cells, DNA and structure.Free radicals can cause diseases like heart and vein, cancer,etc. Apple contains ‘quercetin’ which fights with free radicals with its antioxidant effect.If you eat 1-2 apples in a day you can protect your health.

      Fish protects from allergy. According to medical researches if a baby consumes fish before 1 year old the risk of having allergic diseases decreases 26%. To eat fish twice a week is very useful for babies.

    Horse tail tea is good for hair loss. The horse tail vegetable contains flavanoids which develops immune system.It also contains salisilic acid and many minerals. This tea is beneficial for hair loss and nail. Boil 1-2 cluster of horse tail vegetable in a liter of water. Drain it and drink 1-2 cup of tis tea in a day.

PER SERVING: 4 people

                              INGREDIENTS:

750 Gr. breast of fowl

6 green onions

2 table spoon of fresh ginger

2 pieces celery stalk

6 table spoon of orange juice

2 table spoon of soy sauce

2 dessert spoon of sugar

2 dessert spoon of sesame oil

2 table spoon of olive oil

4 cloves of garlic

      For Broccoli 

4 pieces of broccoli

1 cup of bread crumbs

2 table spoon of parmesan cheese

2 table spoon of butter

salt

DIRECTIONS:  

Mix soy sauce, sugar and orange juice. Roll the chickens in  sesame oil. Heat the olive oil in pan. Cook onion, ginger and garlic. Add chicken and cook them. Finally add celery stalk and cook for 3 minutes. Take the soy sauce mixture in the pan and boil it. Take the pan from fire after the mixture reaches the right consistency. Boil the broccoli in hot water for 4 minutes. Drain the broccoli and wash it with cold water. Mix butter, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese well. Roll the broccoli in this mixture and put them in oven tray. Cook them on reheated oven with 200’C for 10 minutes and serve broccoli with chicken. Bon  Appetit!

INGREDIENTS:

6 Pieces of puff pastry pizza

300 gr. white cheese

1 paprika

1 yellow sweet pepper

2 white onion

3 table spoon of olive oil

DIRECTIONS: 

Cut the paprika and yellow sweet pepper as dice. Cut the onion into slices. Heat the olive oil in the pan  and cook the onions. Take onion from the fire and add white cheese in it. Leave the puff pastry in room temprature. Place the puff pastry as square and use roller to make thinner the puff pastry. Put grease-proof paper in oven tray and place the puff pastry on oven tray. Cook them in reheated oven with 180’C for 10 minutes. Add the cheese mixture on puff pastry and cook them 15 minutes more. Slice them and serve. Bon Appetit!

                                           4 water glass of water

                                           4 tea spoon of greentea

                                           4 tea spoon of  fennel

                                          1 table spoon cheery stem

                                          1 table spoon of corn silk
