 SALMON MEATBALLS WITH MANGO SAUCE

 Per Serving: 6 people

 Ingredients:  

500 gr. salmon fillet

1/2 water glass of bread crumbs

1 egg

1/2 bunch of coriander

1 mango

1 red onion

1 clove of garlic

1/2 lemon juice

Greenery

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

Grind garlic, salmon and half of onion  with blender. Add bread crumbs, egg and half of the coriander in it. Put salt and pepper and shape 6 meatballs. Rest the meatballs in the fridge for 30 minutes. For its sauce mix lemon juice and the other halves of onion and coriander. Heat the saucepan and put lemonjuice in it. Cook the meatballs. Take the meatballs on service plate  and add the sauce with mango. Service it with greenery. Bon Appetit!

For this reason to identify the image of ‘father’ in correct way, not to have conflict in child’s behaviours and for the health of mental development of child the behaviours  of mother is very important.

– The father should share time to child. He should show interest and love.

– The good care of baby like health, nutrition and bath are important. These behaviours are important for healthy relation in the future.

– The father should accept the child as s/he is. He should not compare his child with others.

– The child’s positive behaviours shoud be supported and his/her failures should not be critisized. Parents should be calm, patient and helpful.

– The father should be role model to child with all of his behaviours.

           Cinnamon Bath prevents the smell of perspiration. Make bubble bath everyday regularly. Fill your bath tub with water and put a table spoon of cinnamon in it. rest 15 minutes in this water and have a shower after it. Repeat this three times in a week.         Carob and cinnamon is used for pendent skins while loosing weight. Cook a tea spoon of cinnamon and two table spoon of carob for eight minutes at low heat. Wait for few minutes and add a coffe cup of milk, a dessert table of honey, and a tea spoon of olive oil. Mix them well. Rub this mixture on your skin and wait for 20 minutes. Then wash your body with first luke warm and then cold water. Apply this twice a week.

     Red Onion is used for sensitive hair. Boil three red onion’s shell, three wallnut leaves and 4 green wallnut, 750gr, water. Boil them as long as 200 gr, water stays in casserole. Steep this mixture as tea and drain. Add 2 table spoon of henna and mix them well. Dye your hair with this mixture and wait at least for four hours. Wash your hair and apply this once a month.
