Every season has different fruits, We can find every fruits and vegetables in every  seasons but we have to consume every fruit and vegetable on its  season. These are some winter fruits which will be mentioned below.

APPLE is perfect fruit for healthy menu. Eating an apple every day is advised by doctors. If you have ulseratiph gripes and chronic trots you should not eat apple or drink fresh apple juice. If you have problem of puffiness eat sourish apple.

 QUINCE invigorates heart and it is good for digestion system of your body. If  you consume it in accurate way it will solve your problems of costipation and hemorrhaid. Divide a quince into 4 pieces. Take out the pips. Boil it in a lukewarm water for 2-3 minutes. Consume it with its water.

POMEGRANATE is very useful fruit if it is consumed in right way. Fresh pomegranate juice is good for high tansion. Drink 2 glass of pomegranate juice in a day if you have high tansion.  Drink it when you are hungry. If you have low tansion do not drink pomegranate juice. This is also useful for teeth problems and gums. Drink a tea glass of pomegranate juice twice a day.

 ORANGE is full of vitamin C. It is useful for guts. Do not drink fresh orange juice in the late hours of night for not to have kip problems. If you have hypoglysemi drink orange juice rarely. If you want to drink orange juice you should not be hungry.

Consume sweet fruit with bread in order to prevent fast inclines and declines in your glisami.

Per serving: 6 people

Ingredients:

500 gr. mince

6 eggs

1 green pepper

1 tomatoes

1 lemon

1 onion

1/2 tea glass of  olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tea spoon of ginger

Salt

Pepper

Directions:   

Mix onion, mince and green pepper. Add  salt, pepper, garlic and ginger and mold the mixture. Divide the mixture into 6 pieces. Give shape with your hands and place boiled egg in the meat ball. Give the shape of ball with your hands. Fry the meat balls in hot oil. Cut the meatballs from middle before serving. Serve them with lemon and tomatoes. Bon Appetit!

NATURAL MEDICINE OF CONSTIPATION IS SENNA. Senna is used in most of the medicine because of its laxative effect. You can consume senna tea in your diet. Add a glass of warm water on the half tea spoon of senna. Wait for 10 minutes. You can add honey if you prefer.

USE MINT OIL FOR YOUR HEADACHE. Mint oil supports digestion system and prevents indigestion. And also it has pain reliever effect on headaches. If you massage with  the mixture of water and mint oil to your temples you feel relax in your pain. Also you can breathe the vapor of water which is added mint oil.

USE SUN GLASSES FOR YOUR EYES’ HEALTH. UV lights will harm your eyes so you have to wear sunglasses which will eliminates the harmful effects of the UV lights.

PARSLEY IS VERY USEFUL FOR LIVER. Parsley is very useful fruit especially for liver.  It is good for swelling of livers. It reduces lubrication of livers. Also it prevents the menstrual cramps of ladies. And it makes skin satiny.

CONSUME VINEGAR FOR ASTHMA. Vinegar is very useful for many diseases like cold, kidney stone, lack of appetite and lowering cholestrol.It is also used to struggle with asthma and respiratory diseases.

There are many advantages if your child speaks on time. First of all this support his/her mental development and the child has awareness about his/her environment earlier than other children. Early talking child has meaningful relations with the social environment that s/he lives in.

Language and talking development differs from child to child. But all the children begin to talk approximately at the same ages. Some children begin to talk later than his/her peers also s/he does not has mental or developmental problems. The important reason of this is not giving the needed importance to his/her language development and not having supporting exercises about language development with her/him. The false approches of parents cause children to talk late.

Some talking disabilities are physical and some of them depend on environmental factors. For an example if you use baby language while talking to child, the child will probably has problem of speech defect. Most of parent do this fault because they think that  baby language is so cute. But this is big handicap for child’s language development because child simulates the people around him/her. Child’s talking like baby can be seen as advantage during pre-school period because s/he got interest of others around him but this turns to disadvantage during school period because his/her friend will kid him/her. So this will have negative effect on his/her social development.

Early talking child develops his/her communication skills and social living skills so this cause development of self confidence. If you do not support your child’s language development with language stimuluses child will not talk on accurate time. You should share time with your child. Parents should talk with child from the babyhood. You should not wait for meaningful speeches from him/her in order to begin  to talk with him/her. Do not forget communication with child starts  when s/he was in his/her mother’s belly. In the beginning s/he does not understand what you are talking about but this will cause him/her to early understanding. Early talking with baby develops her/his language skills. Mother can tell her activities to baby about himself/herself. Mother can tell what she will do to the baby.She must use single words and explain in regular way what she is doing. Baby will use eye contact and feel her/ his mother’s feeling from her voice tone and reply her with different voices. By time these reactions of baby will gain meaning.

After one year old, voices, shapes, objects and number should be learnt to the child.The games should be played to develop his/her skill of mockery. Games and activities support language development. And also environmets which child can play with his/her peers are important for his/her social and language development. Thus, for your child’s development do not wait for talking with your child. Start talking when you are pregnant and continue to talk with her/him when s/he came to world. Share time to your child, play games which will help her/his development and watch her/his development with love.

INGREDIENTS: 

– 2 Breast of fowls

– 1 Water glass of orzo

– 1 Water glass of green lentil

– 1/2 Bunch of dill

– 2 lemons

– 3 Table spoon of olive oil

– Salt

– Pepper

– Paprika

 DIRECTIONS:

Boil orzo and lentil for 10-15 minutes. And also boil the breast of fowl and pound them. When it become cooler add lentil and orzo. Add dill on it. To make the salad tastes delicious add salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. Bon Appetit!
