- 375 g flour
- Butter and flour for sheet metal
For the filling:
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets
- Custard powder
For the mixture:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 175 g butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 400 g prunes or plums
- 3 eggs
- 150 g Quark
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Cherry water
