Still sooo long until the weekend? Anyone who wonders from Monday to Friday, apparently has little desire on his job. As better jobs not grow on trees, it is time to change something on one’s own dissatisfaction!
Annoyed by the job? With these tips, everything is only half bad:
- Start the day
Much too late, the stomach in the knees and coffee there was also no: Whoever hits the office, do not be surprised when the day was beautiful … begins.
Tip: Get up 15 minutes earlier, have a coffee in peace, enjoy a relaxing breakfast while reading newspaper – already the world looks better. And quite honestly, 15 minutes more sleep are nothing against a stress-free start to the day.
- Second start at rest
The E-mail compartment is overflowing and the first colleagues standing with annoying questions in the door. That’s it for rest and relaxation.
Tip: Let it it out take it slow! Tell colleagues that you pass in half an hour and you for everything you kümmerst.Vorher sichtest the mails and verschaffst you an overview of what needs to be done first.
- Do not panic
Argh! The to-do list has grown immeasurably during the morning, the phone rings in a tour and you’re just sane.
Tip: Now is the time to take a deep breath. Ommmm … If the pulse is again dissipated in the normal range and the first panic, sit down and try to distribute small tasks to colleagues. Does not always have everything caught up to you.
- Time for a break
Stress or not: breaks are absolutely necessary to come down and go at the end of the day with a smile home.
Tip: The best way short of fresh air (like with a nice fellow) and chat about everything – everything except about the job.
- Do not take everything personal
The boss has a bad mood, to suspend all what and thus provides a terrific atmosphere in the office …
Tip: Do not take it personally. (Unless you’ve really done something wrong. Could happen to anyone. Corrected the error that’s you remember for next time and hak the thing from.)
