- 500gr. beefsteak
- 3 water glass of corn
- 2 fresh onion
- 1 mexican cruet
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon of coriander
For Pilaf:
- 2 water glass of rice
- 3 water glass of water
- 3 table spoon of soft butter
- Salt

Heat the butter and cook the beefsteak on high temperature. Add corn, fresh onion, garlic and mexican cruet and cook 2-3 minutes more. Put sugar and soy sauce. Add coriander. For cooking pilaf, add warm water on rice and on the other hand melt soft butter and put the rice after draining the rice in the butter. Add salt and warm water. Reduce heat to very low when it boils. After cooking the pilaf serve it with beefsteak. Have a good appetite.
