INGREDIENTS:

                                           4 water glass of water

                                           4 tea spoon of greentea

                                           4 tea spoon of  fennel

                                          1 table spoon cheery stem

                                          1 table spoon of corn silk

                                         3 ginger

                                         1 lemon juice

              DIRECTIONS:

                                         Put water, green tea, fennel, cheery stem, corn silk and ginger in a casserole and boil them for 2 minutes. Steep this detox tea for 5 minutes and add lemon juice in it. Put the detox tea in a dispenser. Drink this tea in a day. Bon Appetit!

 Per Serving: 6 people

 Ingredients:  

500 gr. salmon fillet

1/2 water glass of bread crumbs

1 egg

1/2 bunch of coriander

1 mango

1 red onion

1 clove of garlic

1/2 lemon juice

Greenery

Salt

Pepper

Directions:

Grind garlic, salmon and half of onion  with blender. Add bread crumbs, egg and half of the coriander in it. Put salt and pepper and shape 6 meatballs. Rest the meatballs in the fridge for 30 minutes. For its sauce mix lemon juice and the other halves of onion and coriander. Heat the saucepan and put lemonjuice in it. Cook the meatballs. Take the meatballs on service plate  and add the sauce with mango. Service it with greenery. Bon Appetit!

STEP1 : Prepare 4 ½ cups of rhubarb by washing it and cutting it into ½ inch chunks and then placing it in a large bowl.

QUICK COFFEE CAKE

(1 Coffee Cake)

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Grease 8” pan.
  • Prepare muffin recipe as directed above and spread into prepared pan. Cover with the following topping.

INGREDIENTS

  1. ¼ Cup sugar.
  2. 1 Teaspoon JIFFY baking mix
  3. 2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 2 Teaspoon soft butter or margarine
  5. ½ Cup chopped nuts

Blend above ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Betty Sands’ Quick Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 and ½ cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. ¼ teaspoon salt
  4. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  5. 2 eggs
  6. ¼ cup vegetable oil
  7. ¾ cup milk
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  9. 1 cup or more fresh berries(optional)

Topping

  1. 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  2. 3 Tablespoons sugar
  3. A little oil

Directions:

  • Sift dry ingredients into bowl- or pour all in and stir with a whisk. Make a little well in center of dry ingredients and add two beaten eggs. Fill a cup measure with ¼ cup oil and the rest with milk ( ¾ cup); pour into bowl,
  • Add vanilla.
  • Mix together. But no need to beat.
  • Fold in berries(optional)
  • Pour into greased (or sprayed with PAM) 8×8 cake pan.
  • Jiggle pan a little to make sure the mixture is level- sometimes the center takes longer to bake.

For Topping:

Mix sugar and cinnamon with a little oil until crumbly. You can add the topping before baking or right when you take it out of the oven.

Bake or right when you take it out of the oven

Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Test with a cake tester.

Black Cat Brownies 

  •      12 Vienna Finger cookies(or other similarly shaped oval cookies)
  •       5 eggs
  •      2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  •      8 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  •      3 ½ cups sugar
  •      1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  •      1 2/3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  •      ½ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1.  Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Combine chocolate and butter in a double boiler and heat over simmering water until the mixture is completely melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer at high speed for 10 minutes. Reduce to low speed and add the melted chocolate and vanilla. Blend well.
  5. Add the flour and salt and mix until igrendients are combined.
  6. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are dry but the center is still soft.
  7. Remove baking pan from oven and immediately press the Vienna Fingers into the brownies so that they are standing up like gravestones. Make sure you space the cookies evenly so that when you cut the brownies into squares, each piece will have one gravestone/cookic. Allow brownies to cool 20 minutes before cutting and serving. Serve with a large pitcher of milk.
