MEAT BALLS FILLED WITH EGG

Per serving: 6 people

Ingredients:

500 gr. mince

6 eggs

1 green pepper

1 tomatoes

1 lemon

1 onion

1/2 tea glass of  olive oil

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tea spoon of ginger

Salt

Pepper

Directions:   

Mix onion, mince and green pepper. Add  salt, pepper, garlic and ginger and mold the mixture. Divide the mixture into 6 pieces. Give shape with your hands and place boiled egg in the meat ball. Give the shape of ball with your hands. Fry the meat balls in hot oil. Cut the meatballs from middle before serving. Serve them with lemon and tomatoes. Bon Appetit!

INGREDIENTS: 

– 2 Breast of fowls

– 1 Water glass of orzo

– 1 Water glass of green lentil

– 1/2 Bunch of dill

– 2 lemons

– 3 Table spoon of olive oil

– Salt

– Pepper

– Paprika

 DIRECTIONS:

Boil orzo and lentil for 10-15 minutes. And also boil the breast of fowl and pound them. When it become cooler add lentil and orzo. Add dill on it. To make the salad tastes delicious add salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients:  

                                   4 Water glass of vegetable water 

1/2 package of noodle

10-12 pieces of shrimp

1 white cabbage

3 scallions

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tablespoon of ginger pickle

1 small tea cup of soy sauce

1 table spoon of sesame oil

Salt

Instructions: 

Boil vegtable water, onion, ginger pickle and soy sauce. Add noddles in it and boil it 6 minutes more. Add shrimps in it and cook them until they turn to pink. Add white cabbage and cook them two minutes more. Add salt and take the soup to bowls. Put scallions and sesame oil on the soup. Serve it warm. Bon Appetit.

Tzaziki sauce recipe

 

Cool and creamy this cucumber dip flavored with garlic is the perfect compliment to grilled meat and vegetables.

It’s served on the side with warm pita bread for dipping, and is also used as a condiment for souvlaki.

Ingredients 

Yield: About 2 cups

Strained Greek yogurt 450 ml
Cucumber, peeled 1
Garlic cloves, minced 3
Fresh dill or mint, finely chopped 1 ½ Tbsp.
Extra virgin Greek olive oil 3 Tbsp.
Red wine vinegar 1 ½ Tbsp.
Salt to taste

 

Preparation

  •  Deseed then coarsely grate the cucumber.
  • Squeezeout excess moisture. Mix with yogurt.
  • Add garlic, dill, extra-virgin Greekolive oil, vinegar, and salt.
  • Combine well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.

 

Extra tip: Garnish with some olives and slices of cucumber  before serving!

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tsp butter

Bacon and Eggs

  • 2 rashers bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Toast

  1. Put bread in toaster and toast until golden brown
  2. Spread with butter

Bacon and Eggs

  • Put oil in frying pan on medium heat
  • Cook bacon until desired crispiness, set aside on absorbent paper
  • Crack eggs into pan and cook until desired doneness
  • Plate up and eat
