How To Make Banana Pudding

2/3 cup sugar

¼ cup flour

Dash of salt
14-ounce can condensed milk

2 ½ cups whole milk

4 large eggs

2 t.vanilla extract

2 ounce package of Vanilla Wafers

6 Large bananas

1/3 cup sugar

½ t.Vanilla extract

Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan/ Whish together milk and egg yolks. Stir into dry ingredients. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat: stir in vanilla. Arrange layer of wafers in the bottom of a 13x9x2 glass dish. Slice 3 bananas over wafers. Pour pudding over wafers. Repeat once more. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form. Fold in vanilla extract. Spread over pudding , sealing to edge. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FONDUE RECİPE

 

1 bar of chocolate
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 liter of milk
½ liter of whipping cream
1 coconut
500 grams of fruit (eg, plums)
1/2 pound strawberries
1/2 pound grapes
2 bags of wine gums cherries

Preparation time: 50 minutes

Grate the chocolate. With cocoa, salt, sugar and milk in a saucepan over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the cream sauce, boil once let cool. Per serving: 4 people

INGREDIENTS:

200 gr. soft white cheese

1 tea glass of milk (coconut milk is preffered)

1 tea glass of flour

1 cucumber

4 eggs

8 pieces of cherry tomatoes

1 clove of garlic

1/2 grated lemon zest

1 table spoon of powder coriander

1 table spoon of coconut

Salt

Black pepper

Corn oil

DIRECTIONS:

Boil the eggs in hard cosistency. Split the eggs down the middle and take the yolks out. Mix the yolks with soft white cheese, garlic, grated lemon zest, coriander and coconut. After adding salt and black pepper divide the mixture into eight pieces. Put this mixture on each of the egg whites by giving the shape of egg by your hands. Mix (coconut) milk and flour in a deep bowl. Roll the eggs in this mixture and stir fry them. Take the eggs on paper napkin in order to take extra oil from them. Cut the cucumber lengthways and give the shape of flower. Serve the eggs with cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Have a good appettite.

INGREDIENTS

cranberry jeIIy, 1/3 cup
orange, 1, grated zest, juice
rice vinegar, 2 tabIespoons
butter, 20g, plus extra 20g
onion, 1, finely chopped
rindless bacon, 1 rasher, fineIy chopped
garlic, 1 clove, crushed
long grain rice, cooked, 1 1/2 cups
craisins, 1/4 cup, roughIy chopped
parsIey, chopped, 1/4 cup
large chicken, 1.8kg

METHOD
  1. Preheat oven to moderate, 180C.
  2. In a smaII saucepan, combine cranberry jeIIy, juice and vinegar. Stir over low heat untiI melted and smooth. Simmer 2-3 minutes, to reduce slightly. Set half aside.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan on medium. Saute onion, bacon and garlic 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowI with rice, craisins, parsley and zest. Mix weII. Season to taste.
  4. Fill chicken cavity with rice stuffing. Tie legs together with kitchen string.
  5. PIace chicken in a baking dish. Brush with extra butter and season to taste.
  6. Bake 1 1/2 hours, basting with glaze every 20 minutes, until cooked (juices wiII run clear when a skewer is inserted between Ieg and thigh joint).
  7. Rest chicken 15 minutes before carving. Serve with stuffing and reserved cranberry sauce
