INGREDIENTS:
1 small tea glass of flour

1 small tea glass of sugar
3 eggs
500 gr. strawberry
250 gr. ricotta cheese
1/4 powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
DIRECTIONS:
Mix eggs and sugar with mixer for 5 minutes. Add flour in the mixture and mix it. Cook it in a preheaten oven for 8-10 minutes with 200′ C. Cut the cake as ribbon in a way that you will make roll. Mix ricotto cheese, vanilla essence and powdered sugar. Rub this mixture on the cake and place the strawberries on the cake. Wrap the cake as roll. Repeat this for every ribbon parts of cake.
