CHEESE BALLS
Per Serving: 4 people
INGREDIENTS:
2 Water glass of corn starch
1 tea glass of milk
2 eggs
200 gr. of parmesan cheese
1/2 water glass of olive oil
1/2 water
Salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix salt and corn stratch. Boil water, milk and olive oil . Add this boiled mixture on stratch and knead the paste. Rest the paste for 15 minutes and add eggs and cheese in it. Knead it well and give the shape of ball with your hands. Roll the oiled paper on oven tray. Put the balls on the oiled paper. Bake the cheese balls in preheated oven with 190’C for 20 minutes. Service them hot. Bon Appetit.
