Ingredients:  

8 pieces of puff pastry

1 package of bitter chocolate

1 package of powdered sugar

 Directions: 

Rest puff pastry in room temperature for 10 minutes. Flap the puff pastry in a shape of triangle and cut them in this shape. Open the triangle puff pastry. Put bitter chocolate in the  puff pastry and flap the triangle puff pastry.Cook the puff pastry  in 190’C oven as long as the puff pastry got red. Put powdered sugar on them after taking out from the oven. Bon Appetite!

INGREDIENTS: 

2 water glass of flour

1/2 water glass of powdered sugar

2-3 table spoon of butter

1 egg

1/4 water glass of cacao

 For top: 100 gr. chocolate

1 table spoon of butter

2 table spoon of powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Mix sugar and butter. Add egg and mix it well. Add flour and cacao and mold it. Rest the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. Take small part from dough and give the shape of tie with your hands. Put wax paper in the oven tray and place the cookies on it. Cook the cookies in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 190’C.  On the other hand melt chocolate and butter with the method of  double boiler. Dip half of the cookies in this mixture and sift powdered sugar on the other part of cookies. Bon Appetit!

CHOCOLATE FONDUE RECİPE

 

1 bar of chocolate
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 liter of milk
½ liter of whipping cream
1 coconut
500 grams of fruit (eg, plums)
1/2 pound strawberries
1/2 pound grapes
2 bags of wine gums cherries

Preparation time: 50 minutes

preparation:

Grate the chocolate. With cocoa, salt, sugar and milk in a saucepan over low heat, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the cream sauce, boil once let cool. The coconut into triangular pieces. Wash the plums and cut into pieces. Wash strawberries and grapes. The cold chocolate sauce, pour into a bowl and place in the center of the table. The plums, grapes and wine gums around cherries wrapped around the bowl.
