1.DAY

• 1 cup unsweetened coffee or tea
• 1 boiled egg
• Medium-sized banana half of
After 2 hours:
• Desired a medium-sized fruit
Lunch:
• 1 cup nonfat yogurt
• 1 cup of coffee and or tea
• 2 biscuits
After 2 hours:
• 2 pieces of gray
Evening:
• 1 cup grapefruit juice
• Medium-sized banana half of
• 1 serving of boiled broccoli (lemon will)
• 1 sausage (grilled or boiled and)
After 2 hours:
• 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup of coffee or tea
3.DAY
Morning:
• 1 cup of coffee or tea
• 1 oatmeal biscuits
• 1 apple
• 1 non-fat feta cheese
After 2 hours:
• 1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
• 1 egg still been
• 2 slices of bread toast prepared with fat-free
• 1 cup water
After 2 hours:
• Fruit as desired
Evening:
