This is from the cuisine of Philippines and this is served as hot starter.
Per Serving: 8 people
INGREDIENTS:
500 gr, mince
4 pieces of thin layer of dough
1 carrot
5 green onion
3 leaf of romaine lettuce
1 onion
2 water glass of olive oil
2 clove of garlic
1 dessert spoon of soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
For Service: 1/2 small tea glass of soy sauce
Directions: Broil the mince with little oil. Add onion and garlic in it. And then add salt, pepper, soy sauce, green onion, romaine lettuce and carrot. Unroll the thin layer of dough and rub oil on it. Repeat this with other 2 thin layer of dough and cut them into 12 triangles. Put the mixture on the thin layer of dough and roll them. Fry them in hot oil. And serve them with soy sauce. Bon Appetit!
