SALMON MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS:
700 Gr. salmon fillet
2 Table spoon of fresh ginger
1 Egg
2 Pearl onion
Red pepper
Salt
Black Pepper
FOR SAUCE:
2 Green onion
1/2 lime
1/2 water glass of light mayonnaise
1 dessert table of sesame oil
DIRECTIONS:
Mix salmon fillet, fresh ginger, egg, pearl onion, red pepper, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Make 8 meatballs with 2.5 width. Ply it well. Put the meatballs in a defreeze for 20 minutes. Heat a big pan on a high temperature. Cook two sides 4-6 minutes. Mix onion, lime, mayonnaise and sesame oil in a bowl. Serve it with lemon and mayonnaise with sesame. Bon Appetit!
